Adoption Fee: $650 Meet Bagpipe – The Wee Wonder with Big Puppy Energy!DOB: 1/10/25 | 14 weeks old | ~16 lbs now, est. 25–30 lbs full grown Australian Cattle Dog mix | Great with dogs, cats & respectful kids Bagpipe might sound like something loud and dramatic, but this little guy is all sweetness, smarts, and sunshine with a name that makes you smile. One of the last few pups from our St. Paddy’s Day litter, Bagpipe is still available—which just means your luck hasn’t run out yet! If you’ve ever dreamed of having a Cattle Dog but worried about size, Bagpipe is here to grant your wish. He’s projected to top out at just 25–30 lbs, so you get all the brainpower and bounce without the backache. Small-to-medium = lapdog potential and hiking buddy goals. Daily Routine: Bagpipe sleeps soundly through the night in his playpen and wakes up ready to party (and potty) at 6:45am. He heads outside every 1–2 hours and will use pee pads in a pinch. He’s free-roaming inside after potty breaks, but happily chills in a playpen or crate when his foster is out. He’s already figured out sit = treat, and he’s very proud of his excellent puppy manners. Personality Snapshot: Bagpipe is the perfect blend of independent and snuggly. He loves a cuddle sesh, but is also content flopping onto a bed for solo nap time. He came in a bit unsure (what puppy wouldn’t?) but warmed up in just a day. Since then, his goofy, sweet, sensitive nature has been in full bloom. He’s the kind of pup who zooms through the yard, then throws himself into the grass like a dramatic sunbathing toddler. Gets Along with Everyone: Bagpipe lives with a 99-lb American Bully and a 5-lb Chihuahua—he tries to play with both and respects their signals. He’s even cat-tested and approved: curious, calm, and polite. We think he’d do well with kids too, especially gentle ones who understand puppies are still learning. Bonus Features: Playful but easy to settle Sits for treats like a star student Great in the playpen—no drama, no noise Gentle, intuitive, and respectful with other pets Downright adorable (but you knew that) Ideal Home: He’d love another friendly dog to learn from, but it’s not a must. What he does need is someone ready to keep building his confidence and cheer him on as he becomes the very best boy (which honestly… he already is). Bagpipe is proof that good things come in fun-sized packages—and sometimes, they even come with silly names and incredible ears. Don’t miss your chance to add this sweet, soulful, sunshine-soaked pup to your family!
