Male Dog, German Shepherd Dog

German Shepherd Dog / Belgian Shepherd Malinois / Mixed (Short Coat)

Description:

#A5728242 Meet Melvin , a 5-month-old German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix who’s as smart as he is stunning! ✨ With his short, sleek caramel coat, sweet black snoot, and that perfect pink tongue that pops out when he’s happy, this gorgeous baby is sure to grow into one seriously handsome adult. On the smaller side for a Shepherd mix, Melvin would fit right in whether you live in an apartment or a house. He’s an incredibly bright and sensitive pup, which makes shelter life especially tough — he barks a bit from nerves, but it’s clear he’s just scared and unsure. Once outside his kennel, his affectionate, eager-to-please personality shines through, showing off his smarts with tricks like sit and his love for people. With a little patience, structure, and lots of TLC, Melvin will blossom into the loyal, loving companion of your dreams — ready to grow up by your side. -5 month old tan and black German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix -39 pound neutered male - came in with possible sibling Marvin A5728241 -up to date on all shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today! -came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 9/22/25 as a stray -will need all the puppy basics training wise, but loooooves treats and takes them gently, which should make training a breeze!
