At a recent off-site adoption event he took everything in stride with a wagging tail and a happy heart. He was perfectly content sitting with his volunteer between enthusiastically greeting visitorsâoften leaning in close, because Elmer is the best kind of âleanerâ and likes to make sure you know heâs right there with you.Elmer showed off his signature full-body wags and his irresistibly sweet, always-happy expression. When given a stuffed toy, he was absolutely delighted and happily offered it to anyone who stopped by to say hello.
