Toasty was found as a stray, likely dumped and forgotten. Despite everything she’s been through, she still chooses love. At around 5 years old, she has a calm, gentle presence that makes her an easy and comforting companion.From day one in her foster home, she’s shown nothing but gratitude and quiet hope that this time, she’ll be chosen for good. Every day, her personality comes out a little more as she learns what it feels like to be safe, to be loved, and to finally relax.She’s a low-key, easygoing soul who doesn’t ask for much, just a soft place to land and a human to stay close to. While she’s friendly with dogs and cats, what she truly wants is to curl up next to her person and feel like she belongs.Toasty walks beautifully on leash and loves to be outside. She is fully potty trained, and does well being left alone for short periods. She may be shy at first, but once she trusts you, she becomes deeply affectionate and loyal, the kind of dog who quietly steals your heart and never gives it back.Toasty isn’t looking for perfection. She’s looking for her person. Someone who will give her the forever she’s been waiting for and let her continue to bloom.She’s ready. All she needs now is you.
