Looks like: Dachshund mix Male, 12 years old (estimated), 11 pounds Named after Atticus Finch, this Atticus shares his namesake's calm wisdom and strength. He's on the quiet side and doesn't ask for much attention, but he sure appreciates it when it's offered to him! His preferred place would be right in your lap for some gentle pets. He'll lean his head in for ear scratches if they're on offer. Atticus would make a great co-pilot as he curls up for car rides. Atticus is a gentle fellow with impeccable manners towards people and other dogs. This handsome gentleman has definitely had lots of life experience, and he would have many stories to tell if he could talk. He has excellent leash walking skills and would love to join you for the occasional stroll around the block. Atticus would likely make an easy addition to almost any household! Atticus came to us from Sacramento County Bradshaw Animal Shelter.
