I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Dog E:6This dog is available to meet by appointment only. Meet Spencer, the dog who looks like an Ewok and feels like a sheep! When Spencer is comfortable, he has a calm energy level and a curious nature, preferring to follow his nose and explore rather than do zoomies. He is an affectionate boy who has done well with other small dogs at the shelter. He also seeks out human attention once he gets a chance to know you. He is also treat-motivated, which should make training fun! Spencer is currently being treated for an ear infection Spencer is looking for an adult-only home with a very experienced adopter who will go at his pace and give him time and space to decompress and feel at home.
