L acey is an absolute doll! Born at the shelter in a litter of 8, her mom became more kennel crazed as time went on. By the time Lacey was 4 weeks old, she was the sole surviving puppy, and we knew she needed immediate rescue. The first few days were hard for her - alone and learning to bottle feed. She soon learned I was her momma and started lapping from a bowl. Now at 6 weeks old, she loves her car rides and snuggly stuffed toys. More to come as we get to know her better. A reasonable driving distance is determined by where one of our volunteers is willing to drive within our areas of service. That means we don't adopt out of our area, to Southern California, or out of state.
