Description:
Meet Goliath! Goliath is a sweet senior boy who came to us from a high-kill shelter after his previous owner could no longer care for him. Having spent his whole life in a home, he was understandably confused about how he ended up there—but thanks to rescue, Goliath is now safe and ready for his next chapter. This spry senior weighs about 16 pounds and is currently on the thin side, which is not uncommon for dogs coming from a shelter environment. With consistent meals, patience, and loving care, he is expected to do well. While we’re not certain of his breed, we are certain he’s 100% a good boy. Goliath is dog-friendly, people-friendly, and has a calm, gentle nature that makes him a joy to be around. He would thrive in a quiet, low-key home with someone who values companionship and enjoys a relaxed pace of life. He isn’t a barker, enjoys leisurely walks, does well on leash, and would love a home with a backyard where he can wander and soak up the day at his own pace. If you’re looking to give a deserving senior a loving forever home, please consider opening your heart to Goliath. He’s ready to return that kindness with endless love and companionship. If you are interested in meeting Goliath please complete the adoption application on our website, www.greatpets.org. Goliath is fully vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. His adoption donation is $150.
