Willow is a happy dog who loves nothing more than to run the yard like a warden. She has an authority like a mom that the other tiny dogs mostly obey and she takes that job seriously! If you need a queen of your household apply for this sassy little thing soon! Our volunteers will review each submitted application, then contact the top 3 most appropriate ones by either email or phone. Thanks for your patience. Many of our dogs can be seen at Petsmart in Visalia every other Saturday between 10 and 2.
