Starla is a pretty liitle girl but is still unsure about so much. She would love to settle into a loving home soon. She needs assurance that people are safe and good. If you think you could could provide security and help her build the confidence she needs, we kindly ask for you to consider Starla. Our volunteers will review each submitted application, then contact the top 3 most appropriate ones by either email or phone. Thanks for your patience. Many of our dogs can be seen at Petsmart in Visalia every other Saturday between 10 and 2.
