Weighing just 7 pounds, this tan cutie with a white belly is the perfect mix of cuddly lapdog and curious explorer. Now in a loving foster home near Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Wagner is ready to find the forever family he’s been waiting for. Despite being small, Wagner’s personality is anything but. He’s friendly, alert, and intelligent—and his bravery is truly inspiring. After being left behind at a high-kill shelter when his little friend was adopted, Wagner spent lonely weeks on cold concrete floors, holding out hope.
