Description:
Friends, our beautiful 8-month-old puppy, Onyx, is in need of your help to find him a loving and supportive forever home. Despite being born with a front leg deformity that has resulted in a shorter right leg, Onyx is a joyful and spirited boy who can run and play just like any other puppy. While he may be a little slower than his peers and doesn’t require as much exercise, his loving nature more than makes up for it. Onyx has formed a wonderful bond with one of our other dogs, Osa, and we would be overjoyed if they could be adopted together. However, we understand that this may not always be feasible, and our primary goal is to ensure Onyx finds a wonderful home where he can thrive. After consulting with two veterinarians, we are relieved to share that they both concur Onyx can continue to flourish without the need for a leg amputation, allowing him to live a long, happy, and pain-free life. Onyx is fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped, making him ready for his new adventure. He adores short walks, enjoys the company of other friendly dogs, and absolutely loves trips to the beach, where he can explore and soak up the sun. If you reside in San Diego County or the surrounding areas and are interested in fostering to adopt or adopting Onyx, we invite you to complete our foster or adoption application at tlck9rescue.org. Let’s work together to give Onyx the loving home he deserves. Remember it's Hands and Paws Together Forever and with your help, we can find Onyx the family he has always wanted!
