Cooper – Chocolate Male, 3 years, 100 lbs. Meet Cooper! Cooper is a charming 3-year-old Chocolate Labrador with a heart full of potential and a tail that’s always wagging! At about 100 lbs., Cooper could use a little more help trimming down, but with regular exercise and good nutrition, he’ll be back in perfect Lab shape in no time. When he first arrived in foster care, Cooper was shy and unsure of himself. With patience, love, and gentle encouragement, this sweet boy has truly blossomed into a joyful, playful companion whose expressive personality shines brighter every day. His fur is also growing back beautifully after a previous flea allergy, and he’s looking more handsome by the day. Cooper is vocal, often “talking” to share his thoughts, and his playful side is a delight as he continues to grow more confident. Cooper thrives in the company of other dogs and would do best in a home with a friendly, confident canine sibling to help him continue to build his courage. He’s crate and house trained, walks well on a leash for short strolls, and has been exposed to cats with little interest. This lovable boy needs a patient, loving family who will provide the time and support to help him fully come out of his shell. If you’re ready to welcome a loyal companion with a heart full of love, Cooper is waiting to meet you! Let’s connect!
