I’ve learned a lot about myself lately… mostly that I’m a pretty smart dog! Especially when treats are involved. If I know you’ve got one? Oh, I’m all ears. I’m focused, ready, doing my absolute best. I also really, really love to play. Toys are great, playtime with you is even better!! When it comes to other dogs, I get very excited. I love to play, maybe a little too much sometimes. I might get a bit carried away, but I’m not trying to be rude. I’m just full of energy and still learning my manners. The longer I’m around, though, the calmer I get. I’m starting to understand how to just relax and be. One thing I’m still unsure about is collars and leashes. When you reach for them, I might back away a little. It’s not that I don’t want to go with you, it’s just that something about that moment makes me nervous. I think with patience, I’ll get more comfortable. I’m trying .At the end of the day, I really am a good dog. I just need a little guidance, some consistency… and maybe a few treats along the way. I’ve got a lot of potential. I can feel it.
