I’m Soco. I'm the kind of dog who just needs a little moment to get comfortable. At first, I might hang back and watch, figuring things out in my own time. But once I know you’re my person, that’s it... you’re stuck with me. I love attention and will happily soak up every scratch behind the ears or belly rub you’re willing to give. I like being where my people are. If you move to another room, don’t be surprised if I wander in a minute later just to check in. I’m happiest when I’m nearby, keeping you company and making sure I don’t miss out on anything important… like snack time. Walks are one of my favorite parts of the day. Not just the walking part, though, the real magic is the sniffing. Every bush, patch of grass, and fire hydrant tells a story, and I’m determined to read them all. My walks are less of a straight line and more of a grand “sniff-ari,” where my nose leads the adventure and I gather all the neighborhood news. So if you’re looking for a loyal sidekick who loves attention, enjoys exploring the world nose-first, and just wants to be close to his people, I might be your guy.
