Hi… um, I’m Ollie. I might not run right up to you at first. I’m the kind of dog who likes to take things slow. New people, new places… they make me a little unsure. I like to hang back, watch, make sure everything’s safe. I promise I’m not being rude! I just need a little time to feel okay. But once I know you? Ohhh, that’s it. You’re my person. I’ll follow you everywhere. Sit next to you, lean into you, rest my head on your lap like it was made just for me. I’ll look at you with my whole heart in my eyes, because once I trust you… I trust you completely. And guess what? I do like to play! Once I’m comfy, I get silly. I’ll toss toys around, do little happy hops, maybe even zoom a bit if the mood hits. I might not be the wildest pup on the block, but when I feel safe, the fun side comes out and it’s so worth the wait.I just need someone patient, kind, and willing to let me go at my own pace. Because once I let you in, I’m yours. No take-backs. No halfway. You’ll have a best friend who sticks like glue and loves you with every ounce of her little worried heart.
