Hi there! I’m Matcha! An older shepherd mix, but don’t let my age fool you... I still have plenty of spark in me. My favorite thing in the whole world? Tennis balls! I carry them around proudly like they’re my greatest treasures (because honestly, they are). You’ll often see me trotting around with one in my mouth, tail wagging, showing off my prized possession. But I don't really want to share, so I'll just take my tennis balls and lay down, do my own thing. I’ve learned a lot over the years; how to be patient, gentle, and grateful for the little things. I love treats and I’ll give you my best “good dog” eyes every time you open the treat bag. I may be a bit slower now, but I still enjoy a nice game of fetch, a cozy nap afterward, and quiet moments with my favorite humans. I’m loyal, calm, and full of love to give. All I need is a comfy spot to rest, a few tennis balls to call my own, and a person who’ll see the wonderful old soul that I am If you’re looking for a companion who’ll always be by your side I might just be the one for you.
