Description:
The General was found chained in a backyard in Tijuana. He was not being fed, not taken care of in any way and suffered from severe Ehrlichia (tick born disease). He was dying. Now, he's healthy, happy, playful, with full use of his backlegs. He's a sweet and good boy. He gets along with most dogs. California applicants only.
