Meet James, an amazingly sweet, approximately 5 year old, Schnauzer mix. When James came to Wags and Whiskers, he was covered in hundreds of ticks, leaving him weak, fragile and open to infection and tick-born diseases. Luckily for James, he was immediately seen by the rescue vet upon his arrival to Wags, where he was put on medication to prevent and treat any illnesses that could have come from the outrageous amount of ticks that had been feasting on him. After a long month of recovery and daily meds, James if finally deemed healthy and adoptable, and he is waiting to find his perfect family!
