Description:
Quill is a typical husky, he acts more like a cat than a dog. He is very quiet in the kennel, but if he sees a leash he wants to go out. He pulls a bit on the leash but no more than any of other dogs.You have to build trust with him, which didnât take long for me to do. After about twenty minutes in the yard of him just trotting around and eating snacks I tossed on the ground, I thought he was done. I showed him the leash again and he barked and then play bowed. We played chase for a good fifteen minutes.You have to watch him as he will overheat himself quickly. Typical husky.After our play chase session I was able to easily put the leash on him and brush him for a good fifteen minutes. He let me pet him, scratch him etc.He then walked back to his kennel, with a bit of a trot. Went in easily and without issue.Overall heâs a good dog. Just needs an experienced owner. Preferably a husky owner.
