Literally. He loves to be petted, gravitates toward the couch, and will find his way next to you whether you're watching TV or trying to get some work done. Loud noises still catch him off guard, but when they do he doesn't bolt — he comes to you for reassurance. That says a lot about who he is.Jasper is the kind of dog who wants to be part of everything, just quietly. He'll supervise you in the kitchen. He'll curl up beside his person and fall asleep. He has a thing for carrots and apples that is genuinely charming. He did beautifully with another foster dog in the home — playing together, sleeping together — and would likely thrive with a calm canine companion in his forever home.He is nervous, yes.
