**Update: Picasso was enrolled in the Paws in Prison Program for 8 weeks of obedience training. He will be at the North Central Unit in Calico Rock. He will be crate trained, house trained, learn manners, and he will learn lots of tricks as well! Picasso will be looking for a forever home before he graduates the in mid June, so if you are interested in meeting him, please contact us! Picasso is playful, sweet, and full of personality. He is very affectionate but can be a little timid at first. He has only been outside, but is loving being inside at our shelter. Picasso is good with other dogs and bigger kids (he doesn't know his size. He is just over a year old and weighs 80lbs! He is a big boy ... a very strong boy as well. He was sent to the prison for training to teach him how to act, being that he is an 80 pound strong man.
