Description:
Maverick came to us after his owners left him, and several other dogs, to fend for themselves. He is friendly, playful, and loves attention. He is very good with other dogs, cats and kids too. He has a beautiful brindle coat and very unusual markings. Maverick is house trained and knows a few simple commands, but he is high energy and demands attention by jumping all over people. He will be enrolling in our Paws in Prison program soon to learn better behavior. UPDATE: Maverick just entered the Paws in Prison Program and will receive 8 weeks of obedience training, and will be house trained, leash trained, crate trained and leash trained. He will graduate the end of November.
