Female Dog, Golden Retriever
Golden Retriever / Mixed
Description:
PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.ChloeChloe is a very astute pup! She is an absolute sweetheart, very lovable, playful, smart! Her favorite thing to do is to run around outside with myself and her foster sisters. As long as she is around us, she’s happy as a clam. Chloe is very shy at first, and warms up slowly. She needs to be shown new people and things are okay. We are working on building her confidence with new things, but in very small baby steps. She is not a fan of running vehicles or car rides. It is possible as she grows up and gains more confidence she could be, but not guaranteed. So far she is a home body type of gal. The best home for Chloe is a family, or person with at least one other dog. The more the merrier because she responds and opens up quicker with other pups around. She is not a fan of traveling, but could be someday if introduced slowly and correctly. She is crate trained, walks well on a leash, can sit on command, has great recall, and sleeps through the night majority of the time. House training is going well with some accidents here and there. Interested in cats in a playful, not harmful, kind of way. Young enough to learn to be gentle with children. Chloe is about 5 1/2 months old and just under 30lbs. Her mom is a mix, and looks like a mini Golden Retriever. It is likely that Chloe is very mixed with several breeds. Dad is unknown. She is spayed, UTD on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. We have videos of this girl too. Facebook won’t let us post pics and videos together, shoot us a message and we’ll send you the videos!
