Male Dog, Beagle

Beagle

Description:

PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.Bruce! Please share. I have 5926 more pictures too if anyone wants to see more, along with several videos. This boy is as SWEET as they come. He loves people. Loves to be pet and to snuggle. He really enjoys the recliner, whether there’s a person to cuddle or not! He is not high energy and has not been vocal like some hounds are. He is my shadow around the house but when I’m gone to work he is crated and sleeps all day. Enjoys some play time with my dogs but nothing too crazy. He’s a pretty easy going guy. ❤️Very friendly and lovable ❤️Good with other dogs❤️Rides well in the car ❤️Loves to go out and follow his nose!❤️Crate trained❤️Loves food and if he was just a little taller, he’d snag that sandwich you left on the counter❤️Enjoys going for walks. He needs some work on his leash manners. ❤️He should go to a home with a fenced yard!! Seems to be about 5 years old. He weighs about 35 pounds. Mostly house trained. Asks at the door. He has marked a few times but he’s not neutered and there are lots of smells in this house from all the fosters who have passed through. I suspect given some time after his neuter (on 4/16) the marking will stop. He has not been around cats. He has met a few kids and was fine. He was found as a stray with another Beagle, now named Frank (also available, pics and info to come). We believe they were dumped! No owners have come forward. They are NOT bonded and not fostered together. He is neutered, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. In New England Adoption application https://form.jotform.com/212690945239059 Email [email protected] with any questions. Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. This includes microchip, spay/neuter, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion.
