Description:
This sweet 4 year old Boston/Bulldog cross is something special - just like her name! Look at her beautiful gold colored eyes in her photos and her unique coloring. Jazzy is very happy to hang with the family, enjoys the sunshine (as long as she has company), and is amenable to working for treats from her blue treat rug. She is housebroken, but will do best with a doggie door (she "signals" when she wants out by standing near the door). She is smart, extremely friendly, and very exuberant to meet any and all new people. We suggest a home without young children or frail/infirm persons, as she may accidentally knock them off balance. Jazzy is just so happy she doesn't always recognize her own strength and her fosters are diligently working with her on her manners. She does well with other similar-sized dogs after a slow and respectful introduction, and would likely love to have a friend to romp with. Jazzy is still working on walk manners. She can be peaceful on a leash but believes that she "owns the road" (and often does not stay in her lane). A matter of practice now that the weather is cool enough to be out for more than ten seconds! There is a kitty in the foster home, and Jazzy would love to meet her and be friends, but kitty is also a rescue and having nothing to do with it. Jazzy has not shown any aggression to people (or kitties), just curiosity. She is calm when the atmosphere is, and happy to hang with her people and watch the world go by!
