ADOPTION APPLICATION: https://elmorehumane.org/adoption-application-online-form2.html . We respond via email to your apps so please make sure you have either added our email, [email protected] , to your contact list or that you check your SPAM folder for our response. If we do not receive a timely response we simply move on to another applicant. And please wait for our response as we schedule appointments to meet our pets. Below is info about our pet & adoption cost/detail information below that – please read all. PET DESCRIPTION: Moon is a three-year-old female Shepherd mix, 41 lbs as of early Mar but is still regaining weight from coming in to us starved so should be more like 45 or so lbs when back to full health. She is super sweet and loving to people, can be a bit dog selective in what dogs she likes and those she doesn't. She is getting better but we feed her separately from her kennel partner due to some food guarding but that is not unexpected considering how staved she was when she came in to us. Once fully recovered she is going to be simply gorgeous and will be an awesome dog in a loving home. DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100. This Adoption fee includes: mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your dog or puppy home with you; basic canine immunizations (DHPP-CPV & Bordatella Intranasal); de-wormings; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; heartworm test if over five months old; microchip from 24-Pet Watch; certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, and more. (If a dog is sponsored or has a waived or lower fee, that info will be provided at the point of adoption to the approved adopter).
