UPDATE!!✨ This little dude is Mowgli. He is one of momma Margo’s litter that is still available. He’s a sweet and rowdy boy. He loves to romp and play and loves a good tug session already. He is the talker too and will let you know when he wants attention, He going on 7.5 weeks old. He is 5 lbs of sweetness! Momma Margo is a purebred lab it appears. Dad is unknown but this entire litter of 11 look like labby perfections and we don’t expect they have much else mixed in. We believe she will be typical lab size. He will be neutered in 2 weeks and will then be adoption ready. We are taking applications now and reserving him to the perfect forever home! Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. All dogs have a $195 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter! Puppies will be altered before adoption. All rescues and shelters practice pediatric spay and neuter. This is essential in our rescue efforts and it is a policy that we will stick by. All dogs over 8 weeks and 2 pounds will be altered before adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule on all healthy and adoptable dogs. We have researched and discussed in depth with multiple vets everything on pediatric spay and neuter and from a rescue stand point it must be done. Please do not ask for an extension on spay and neutering, it will NOT be granted on a healthy puppy! Puppies/Dogs that are not available for adoption due to vetting not being complete can be reserved with an approved application and a non refundable $50 deposit. Deposits can ONLY be submitted once the rescue has been in contact on your approval and it has been requested through Wags and Whiskers. This deposit is applied to your adoption fee and the remaining $145 is due at pick up. Wags and Whiskers is an all-volunteer rescue. Please allow us time to respond to all inquires and applications!
