Adoption Application adoption application >>> Sweet Maple was found on a dirt road with her one week old puppies where they were most likely dumped. Fortunately, a kind citizen took them all in and asked us for assistance. The puppies are now 12 weeks old and have all been adopted. Now it’s time for Maple to find her forever family, one that won’t dump her when times get tough. Life has not been easy for Maple. One foot appears to have been broken and healed incorrectly, most likely without any pain relief. She is heartworm positive but has started on slow kill treatment. She is sometimes anxious when left alone, and she always looks so sad. BUT Maple is a very sweet girl. She is laid back when she feels safe and likes to play with the other dogs in her foster home. Maple will need a patient adopter who will give her time to settle in. She has been let down by humans most of her life. She will also need a home with another dog. If you can give this precious girl the chance she deserves, please complete the application below. Our adoption fee is $175 and includes age appropriate vaccines, vet check, deworming, heartworm test, spay and a microchip.
