Adoption Application adoption application >>> Franklin had a rough start in life. He was dumped on a rural dirt road. He was covered in mange and full of intestinal parasite. Franklin was adopted by his foster family, but they can no longer keep him. He is almost a year old now. We believe that he is an Australian Shepherd mix. Frankie’s eyes are too small as a result of a birth defect. He probably has some vision issues- to what extent is unknown. It doesn’t slow him down.
