Boi, almost 4, came to us in 2024 along with his mom, both surrendered after spending their lives in a caring home. Sadly their human, who had long been involved in local rescue, became ill and had to surrender her two adult cats. Understandably, Boi struggled to adapt to the chaos of the Cat Shed and for several months, was a bit of a grey ghost - preferring the quieter, darker corners of the shelter. He has since begun to interact with volunteers and while still quite shy, is a warm and gentle giant. Boi would benefit greatly from once again, having a home of his own, and in lieu of this, a foster home and kind human could help him regain his sense of security.
