I used to be allowed outside but I kept getting into quarrels with those mean raccoons! My family brought me in and wouldn't let me go back out, but I wasn't really happy with that - at first. I was given some meds to help me calm down and I've decided indoors isn't so bad. I get lots of attention - I love people, including kids, and I live with and get along great with the other cats and dogs in my home. However, due to some medical issues my humans are having, they thought it would be best for me to find a new home, especially if I need more medication. I don't think I do but only time will tell. My mom said I am super smart and can open doors (if they're the right kind). Just make sure the door to outside is closed completely! I have been neutered, tested for FeLV and FIV after being outside and was negative on both. I have also had all my shots, treated for parasites, and microchipped. I'm ready for a new, maybe quieter home, where I can get comfortable staying indoors.
