Hi my name is Ambrose. Life on the streets was tough for me but this kind woman fed me and has taken me in. She is working with SCC to find me a home that I can call my own. So, I do have very limited history but, I was tested for FELV and FIV, and apparently, got FIV from life on the streets. It is not a death sentence, like FELV, and I can live with other cats - in my next appointment, in a couple of weeks, When I was recently taken in for my neuter, I also got a dental check up. As for my personality, I am a pretty sweet guy. I do live with a couple of other cats right now, but one is kind of a jerk. I might be good with another cat, but slow introductions are always best. Older kids might be better for me. The younger ones are a bit noisy and I do tend to get over stimulated when I play. Older kids would be better at recognizing my cat signs. I don't have any dog experience, so we can skip that.
