She was trapped, spayed through TNR in 2019, and returned to the only life she had ever known. Recently, Grey Mama had to have one of her eyes removed. But something unexpected happened during her recovery... She fell in love with being an indoor cat. ❤️ Instead of wanting to go back outside, she has embraced the comfort, safety, and love of a home. She's an absolute LOVE BUG who wants nothing more than to be close to her people. She's estimated to be 8–10 years old, and during surgery we discovered she doesn't have many teeth! That's why her little tongue is always sticking out. We always thought her adorable "blep" was just part of her personality. Now we know it's one more thing that makes her uniquely perfect. Grey Mama has spent so much of her life simply surviving. We'd love for the rest of her life to be about living! Soft beds, gentle hands, full bowls, and knowing what it feels like to truly belong.
