Meet O'Connell, this handsome guy has endured a terrible injury and he still remains the sweetest, most loving guy around. Found wondering with a major tail injury, not claimed by his previous owners, and left to survive all on his own. Through concerned people who saw him and his inhury, he came to CAWS and luckily got the medical attention and surgery he needed. He's now happily recovered, although still has some fur to grow back. His tail had to he amputated due to the severity of the injury. He has made an incredible recovery, able to walk, jump, and use the litter box as normal. He LOVES people, wants to be near you and loves pets and cuddles. He loves being your office assistant, although may prefer to sleep on your desk and keyboard more than work. He deals with the dog in his foster home but prefers to just co-exist and share space, not really interact. Other cats? Well, he likes to be the boss and is definitely dominant. He would prefer to be your only feline companion. Kids are great if they are older and can be gentle with his tail area. He sleeps curled up with the teenager in his foster home.
