When he was younger, Aramis developed Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP). This disease is a genetic mutation of a common cat virus. FIP use to be a death sentence for cats, but Aramis was able to recieve an experimental treatment of antiviral medication. He was treated daily for 16 weeks and then went through another 12 weeks of observation. Aramis won his fight with FIP! He has been clear of the virus for over a year now. This strong guy is ready for the next chapter of his life in his Forever Home.
