Description:

Meet Prince Charming – A Gentle Cat Looking for a Special Home Prince Charming is a sweet, shy 2-year-old Domestic Shorthair weighing about 7lbs who is searching for a calm, patient forever home. He came to the Rockwall Adoption Center after being found by a kind community member who could no longer care for him. While he can be timid at first, Prince Charming blossoms with gentle handling and time, revealing a truly affectionate personality. Prince Charming has tested FELV positive and FIV negative. FELV (Feline Leukemia Virus) only affects cats and is not contagious to people or dogs. Because it spreads through close cat-to-cat contact, Prince Charming should live in an indoor-only home as the only cat or with other FELV-positive cats. With regular veterinary care, good nutrition, and a low-stress environment, many FELV-positive cats live happy, comfortable lives. He would do best in a quiet household where he can feel safe and continue building confidence at his own pace. His $30 adoption fee includes neuter, rabies vaccination, microchip, FVRCP booster, and FIV/FELV testing. If you're looking for a gentle, loving companion who just needs patience and understanding, Prince Charming may be the perfect match.
