Male Cat, Domestic Medium Hair
Domestic Medium Hair / Mixed
Description:
Meet Phillip! Phillip is a handsome 5 year old Domestic Medium Hair with a bright future ahead of him. He came to us from a hoarding situation where there were simply too many animals to receive the individual care and attention they deserved. Despite his difficult start, Phillip is proving to be the sweetest little love bug who is ready to experience the comfort and security of a forever home. Phillip wants nothing more than a warm lap, a soft brush, and plenty of affection. He happily greets people and welcomes head rubs and ear scratches. While he loves spending time with his people, Phillip is still working on building his confidence and will do best in a home that offers a good balance of quiet time and affection, allowing him to continue adjusting at his own pace. Phillip enjoys the company of other cats and would make a wonderful companion for a home with feline friends. If your family includes dogs or children, slow, supervised introductions are recommended to help him adjust comfortably. Phillip's adoption fee is $50. He is neutered, microchipped, current on his rabies vaccination and FVRCP booster, and FIV/FELV negative. An approved online adoption application is required before a meet and greet can be scheduled. If you would like to give this sweet boy the loving forever home he deserves, please submit an application today at: https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/ All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email [email protected]. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
