Meet Cesar! This lovable 18-pound ball of fluff is looking for his forever home. After being surrendered due to allergies, Cesar spent some time in a foster home where he made incredible progress. He loves playing with toys, especially his laser pointer, and has a sweet, affectionate side once he feels comfortable.When Cesar first arrived, he was a little shy and spent the day hiding under the bed, but with patience and time, he blossomed into a total cuddle bug! He now enjoys spending time with his foster family and is even a lap catâyes, despite his size!Cesar would do best in a quieter home where he can continue to feel safe and settle in at his own pace.
