PENGUIN - Offered by Owner - Solitary snuggler?
Status: Last posted as 'available' on 01/15/25

Male Cat, Tuxedo

Tuxedo / Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (Short Coat)

Description:

Penguin was a stray for about 2 years and now that he's inside he is just a squishy rag doll. He loves cuddles, belly rubs, adores other cats but please make sure they have similar health status. Penguin is positive for FIV and FeLV but with good food and indoor life his vet feels he can live a normal lifespan. I don't know how he does with dogs, but he seems pretty shy overall until you pick him up and then he's a big lush. Literally the most affectionate cat I have ever met. He is fine with another positive cat. Penguin is estimated to be 4 years old. I have given him 2 baths, clipped his nails, cleaned his ears and brushed him and he was a Saint through it all. Literally never even swiped or hissed at me. He was very clearly an abandoned house cat and he just wants to cuddle into soft blankets and nap all day. Penguin has bright green eyes with black fur and a white belly with white socks. He has a bit of scarring on 1 eye but it has been fully tested and his vision is 100% ok. All of his medical bills have been taken care of and he is up to date. He likes being held like a baby and cuddled for extended periods of time. Biscuit making champ. Have lots of toys, litter box and his favorite blanket to start you out with everything you would need. Penguin lives in Beaverton with his caregiver and must be indoors only. His rehoming fee is $100 and all his medical needs have been met. Please give this super-loving young guy the quality life he deserves. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM.
