Description:
MOM AND KITTEN DUO Bernice (DOB 7/8/25) Bernice is the bravest of her litter! She’s observant, curious, and has an independent streak, often picking up new skills by carefully watching her mom, Mia. She was the first of her siblings to master “grown-up cat” behaviors and has always been ahead of the curve. Though adventurous, she still loves her snuggle time—especially curling up with Mia. Mia (1.5 years old) Mia is not just a beautiful young cat, she’s also been an amazing mom to Bernice and her siblings. She’s cheerful, sweet, and has the cutest little voice—always perking up when someone comes into the room. Mia loves pets and will purr happily the whole time, though she can get a bit “mouthy” when she’s had enough. Mia does have a food allergy, so she currently eats rabbit-based kibble and rabbit or beef wet food. We’re still figuring out what works best for her, but she’s thriving and has adjusted well to life as a pampered indoor kitty. She isn’t fond of dogs or other cats (outside of her kittens), but it’s hard to know if that’s her protective mom side or her true preference. Together or separately, Mia and Bernice will make wonderful companions for the right home—Bernice with her adventurous heart and Mia with her affectionate, loyal nature. Pair adoption is $250 and includes, spay, vaccines, worm and flea t'mt, microchip and negative FIV/FeLV test. Preference is for the two to go to the same home. Indoor only. The foster caregiver lives in the Aloha area. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the foster parent for follow-ups and meeting arrangement. Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. We invite you to become a foster parent and experience the great satisfaction of helping a cat or kitten in need.
