Female Cat, Torbie
Torbie / Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (Short Coat)
Description:
Carol is a colorful young female – about 1 – 2 years old - who is on the quiet side. She is frisky when it suits her (and she does love to toss and chase her little toys) and as a young mom she constantly interacted with her kittens so we think she will be a friend to another gently playful cat. Carol is not interested in being a friend to a dog. She should be ok with quiet and gentle older children who would love a cat to pet while they are reading or on tablets. While she started out as an unclaimed kitten outside she has never shown interest in the outdoors and should always be kept inside safe from predators! If you are looking for the perfect pair, consider adopting with Peter (striped tabby), Jan (Torbie) or Greg (ginger). Carol lives in Hillsboro with her foster family and her adoption fee includes her spay, microchip, test (negative for FIV and FeLV) vaccines, worming and flea treatment. She will be a snuggly companion when you need a friend and a source of gentle companionship. Her adoption fee is $125. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the foster parent for follow-ups and meeting arrangement. Adoption fee Includes spay/neuter, microchip, worming and flea treatment, current vaccines, and negative FIV and FeLV test. Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. We invite you to become a foster parent and experience the great satisfaction of helping a cat or kitten in need.
