Kelsie is a gorgeous baby tortie and she is having the time of her life in foster care. Born in foster care after her pregnant mother was rescued by a good Samaritan, Kelsie has a happy and safe life which is important to her. She is loving and carefree but she is a bit tentative which is why she needs her brother Kai. Kelsie and Kai want to be together forever and she relies on the support of her brother.
