Current on vaccinations, and have tested negative for both FIV ("Feline Immunodeficiency Virus") and FeLV (Feline Leukemia). Joy has been in foster care her whole life. Joy is sweet and loving and will seek out attention and ask to be pet. But it is a bit of a process with her. Joy had a tough start so initially she has a bit of fear to overcome. Shy and fearful cats are overlooked all to often in rescue. If someone would give Joy a chance, you will see the wonderful cat she has blossomed into. Joy is ready to find a family that will give her a bit of time to adjust to her new surroundings and who can offer her companionship that will help to boost her confidence.
