Hal was rescued by me under a railroad bridge sitting on a sewer grate waiting for someone kind to come rescue him! He is now fully vetted, neutered, delfead, dewormed. He is playful, fun and loving. He would be ok in a home with another cat. He could be adopted with Edwina who is also listed. He was born approximately March 2022. Adoption fee is $80.
