He was found outside by a Good Samaritan and surrendered to Paws and Prayers. Phillip is an aloof boy. If you’re looking for a cat who is not needy - he is it! He will make a great roommate. Phillip needs to be the only pet in the home and the only baby in the home (no kids). He needs someone who will take the time to appreciate his independent ways! Phillips adoption fee is $125 Paws and Prayers Cats are spay/neuter, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litterbox trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible.
