Description:
Please contact Dee ([email protected]) for more information about this pet. Sweet Bisquick is a senior soul, at about 10 years old, she has known a bit of the hard side of life, but her heart is still full of hope. Rescued as a stray by a kind Samaritan, she found her way to our rescue when it was clear she needed something quieter than a busy home full of dogs, kids, and chaos. Now, Bisquick is ready for her happily-ever-after. This gentle girl longs for a calm, peaceful home where the days are slow and the love is steady. Kids and dogs aren’t her cup of tea, and she’s a little particular about her people - but when Bisquick chooses you, she chooses you completely. She would thrive with a retired person or someone who understands the beauty of quiet companionship and unhurried moments together. Bisquick isn’t asking for much, just a soft place to land, a patient heart, and someone who will cherish her in her golden years. In return, she’ll give you a love that’s tender, loyal, and deeply grateful. Bisquick’s adoption fee is $145.00 Please complete a non-obligatory application at www.pawsandprayers.org Bisquik qualifies for the Pets for Patriots program https://www.petsforpatriots.org/veterans/ Paws and Prayers cats are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litter box trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them, and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible. Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions. Meet and greets are not arranged unless an adoption application is filled out and approved and are by appointment only. Resident pets of all applicants must have had routine veterinary care, be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines per the recommendations of your vet, current on heartworm tests and prevention (dogs only). We will verify these records; giving your veterinarian permission to speak with us will help expedite the processing of your application. Should your pet have a medical issue that may prohibit any of these, please note that on your application and we will also verify this with your veterinarian. Inquiries submitted through Petfinder or other third-party websites do not submit as applications in our database.
