CHONKSTER is a big beautiful XXL kitty looking for a loving home and a healthy diet. He's a sweet friendly 7 year old fellow who tips the scales at 26 pounds. Chonkster lost his home when his person passed away and he was unceremoniously dumped outside, and he's clearly not up to life as an outdoor kitty. Our boy needs a home with an adopter who will love him enough to help him achieve a healthy body weight. Chonkster is actually an active boy who loves to play and loves other kitties. If you'd like to meet Chonkster, please fill out a cat adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Chonkster at our weekly adoption event, Saturday 11:30am-1:30pm at PetSmart Eastsgate. Our cats are fully vetted and require indoor-only homes. All other pets in the home must be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vaccines. We will not send cats to homes where they will be declawed, a harmful practice that can cause lifelong physical and behavioral problems. Our cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, combo tested, dewormed and microchipped.
