Description:
DOB: 03/07/24 Cecil is a 1-year-old male kitty who loves spending time with his brother (Eli) as well as the other resident cats in his foster home. Cecil is a shy boy, and will take some time to warm up to new people. Because of his timid nature, potential adopters may need to take his foster family's word for it and adopt him without really "seeing him". Once he warms up and feels comfortable, he enjoys playing with toys with his humans and especially his scheduled treat time where he will run right to his spot the moment he hears the container. Cecil will need a home that is patient and understanding with his shy nature and that has at least one other friendly kitty for him to bond with (or to be adopted with Eli). He also enjoys tall cat towers, having access to lots of windows to watch birds from, and being pet, especially when he gets sleepy and will purr a bunch for this. Cecil is looking for a home with folks who are somewhat experienced cat owners and are willing to help him continue to blossom in his confidence. Since Cecil has spent a year in foster care and we really would love to see him find his forever home, his adoption fee has been reduced to $75. If he is adopted with his brother Eli, their adoption fee together is $145. This cat has been combo-tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, received all age-appropriate vaccinations and is altered.
