Male Cat, Domestic Short Hair

Domestic Short Hair

Description:

If you mix cuteness, fuzziness and sweetness, you get one Potion, ready for adoption! Potion has blossomed in his foster home and is ready to join your coven! Potion was initially shy when he first arrived at the ASPCA, but with time and patience he has matured into a wonderful kitty concoction. Potion is looking for a home with a patient adopter willing to give him time to adjust. He appreciates a slow approach and spending time with his friends on his own terms. With time a patience, Potion will be sure to cast a spell on you! Potion would probably do best in an adults-only home. Potion has previously lived well with other cats. It is unknown how Potion would do with dogs. Potion would do best in a quiet home with a patient adopter who can help them come out of their shell. A Matchmaker can give you tips to set Potion up for success! Interested in adding Potion to your magical menagerie? Click the “Adopt Me” button to submit an application here - https://adopt.adopets.com/pet/29fa7ef8-dca2-4391-a80c-abfd0551c285 *The ASPCA Adoption Center encourages a $150 suggested adoption fee when adopting an animal. This suggested adoption fee allows the ASPCA to continue our lifesaving work and help even more animals in need. We are grateful for any and all amounts given at the time of adoption.* For more information on adopting from the ASPCA, please visit www.aspca.org/adoptionsteps. **The ASPCA is committed to prioritizing the health and safety of the community, the animals in our care and our staff, and we are keeping a close eye on developments related to the COVID-19 crisis as they evolve. As such, the ASPCA Adoption Center in New York City is currently closed for in-person visitors. However, we are excited to offer remote adoptions using video conferencing! In-person meet-and-greets are also sometimes available or required for specific animals. Please check out our available cats and dogs above, and if one catches your eye, apply directly for him or her. An ASPCA Matchmaker will let you know if the animal you are interested in adopting is eligible for or requires an in-person meet-and-greet. Please note: Adoption applications are handled in the order they are received and submitting an adoption survey does not constitute a hold or guaranteed adoption. You can expect to receive automated emails updating you on your adoption status as our Matchmakers go through applications. Thank you for your patience, and we hope you find your match!**
